How to properly add coolant to your Bobcat loader.
If you open the engine compartment of your Bobcat R-Series* loader there's a tank of coolant right in front of you. That's where you fill the radiator, right?
Not so fast, actually. That's the expansion tank. If you add coolant to the expansion tank in an R-Series loader you're going to have a false reading of what's in the radiator.
However, adding coolant to a M-Series* loader does involve the expansion tank.
Watch our expert Bobcat technician Garrett quickly demonstrate the correct way to add coolant to your loader, whether you have an M-Series or an R-Series.
Check your manual for specifics on your Bobcat loader model. Questions? Our expert Service team is always happy to help.
*M-Series loader models have three digits such as T595 or T770. R-Series loader models were introduced more recently and have two digits such as T86 or T62.
